Claims – Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 7 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 2 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

All purchases of “Launch Products”, or sale products are deemed Final Sale and are not eligible for a return.

Return shipping costs must be covered by customers. Please declare as “returned goods” on customs section. Please choose a trackable service company as we will not be held responsible for lost/damaged returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

JT Soul Designs (PTY) LTD. does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any returned orders with face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.

We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse.

Size changes will NOT be refunded so please make sure to check size guide and choose the correct sizing.

Returns Procedure

We will gladly accept your return if the above is followed and we will provide you with Store credit to be used on jtsouldesigns.com within the Returns Policy period.

  • Step 1: Request a return by clicking here.
  • Step 2: Send pictures of damaged / misprinted item/s and courier documentation
  • Step 3: Return the parcel using your preferred option and provide us with the tracking number.
  • Courier: Ship the parcel to us using a courier company that uses a tracking number. All return costs at customers expense.

Please note that:

  • Returns will be accepted if reported within 3 working days of receiving the parcel
  • The item needs to be in its initial re-sellable condition.
  • No refund on shipping fees
  • No refunds are given on gift coupons
  • No returns are accepted without prior arrangements
  • All returns need to be sent back via courier and a tracking number sent to info@jtsouldesigns.com
  • We will not be liable for goods lost during transit by your courier and recommend that you insure your package against loss and damage.
  • Though we cannot cancel your order, you can return it within the given return period by following the return process.

We do not offer direct exchanges. You need to log a return, once the item is received store credit will be issued. This Store credit can be used to order a different size/colour/style. The coupon will expire after 12 months whereby an automatic refund will be loaded

Defective Products

In the unfortunate event of your ordered products falling into one of the below categories we will arrange accordingly

  • The wrong colour / style was received
  • The wrong size was received in comparison to the order placed
  • The item was damaged upon delivery
  • The item has a defect

  • Step 1: Request a return by clicking here.
  • Step 2: Fill out the return form emailed to you.
  • Step 3: Prepare the parcel so our courier can collect it from you.

Please note that:

  • All problems need to be reported within 2 days of receiving the parcel
  • All missing goods need to be reported within 2 days of expected delivery date
  • Parcels will be collected via economy service.
